Job Description

  • Experienced in application maintenance delivery including incidents resolution, problem management, minor enhancements and service management processes
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Adept in working and interfacing with client end users to address incidents as well as deliver enhancement requests
  • Developing and testing detailed functional / technical designs for business solution components
  • Driving test planning and execution (break-fix, enhancements and problem management delivery)
  • Degree or equivalent requirement with industry experience
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication skills both in written and oral
