Job Description

Key responsibilities




  • Monitor ServiceNow queues for SAP SD incidents, service requests, and problems




  • Perform initial evaluation, triage, issue analysis, and root cause investigation for order-to-billing issues.




  • Communicate with business users to understand operational impact, clarify scenarios, and validate solutions.




  • Perform SAP SD configuration changes for approved break/fix items and minor enhancements.




  • Coordinate with FI, logistics execution, integration, ABAP, and other technical teams when required.




  • Document analysis, actions taken, test evidence, and resolution details according to support standards.
