Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Succession and Development to support implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring Succession Planning and Career Development Planning modules, with a solid understanding of talent management processes and integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of work assigned to them and work coordinated with their functional stake holders during build and testing.
- Work closely with work stream functional consultants, solution engineers and solution experts in resolving issues raised and ensuring developed IT solutions are compliant with design/requirements
- Able to estimate and contribute to the requirement analysis, design, build and test of RICEFW (Reports Conversion Enhancements Forms and Workflows)
