Job Description
- Must have experience in SAP Business Suite- Basis , solution manager, ERP and CRM
- Technically fluent in Operating System (Unix/Windows/Linux), Database (SAP HANA, SAP
- ASE, Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/MaxDB) administration
- Must have exp on Basis production support activities
- System monitoring, Performance optimization and troubleshooting, transport
- Administration
- Must have handled a team of 15 to 20 L1 & L2 consultants
- Understanding on the ITIL framework
