- Experience in Retail & E-commerce domain implementations
- Integration knowledge with S/4HANA, C/4HANA & non-SAP systems
- Expertise in implementation lifecycle – fit-gap, configuration, testing & support
- Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), personalization & customer journey solutions
