Job Description

SAP CRM Technical Expertise — Strong knowledge of CRM WebUI, middleware, BOL/GENIL, and CRM architecture. SAM/Authorization Knowledge — Experience with SAP Authorization Management, roles, and security. ABAP Development — Proficiency in ABAP, OData, and enhancement frameworks. Integration Skills — Experience with IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, PI/PO, or CPI. Functional Understanding — Familiarity with CRM Sales, Service Custom Development — Build enhancements using ABAP, BAdIs, BAPIs, WebUI, and middleware. Integration Management — Integrate CRM with ECC/S4HANA, SAP PI/PO, middleware, and external applications. Data Migration — Lead ETL processes using LSMW, BAPIs, or custom tools. System Troubleshooting — Diagnose and resolve CRM/SAM technical issues. Performance Optimization — Improve system performance, stability, and user experience.
