The Cutover Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire cutover process during the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This role requires a solid understanding of cutover methodologies, strong project management capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all required data, configurations, and technical prerequisites are in place for the cutover.
- Conduct cutover rehearsals to validate readiness and proactively identify issues or risks.
- Communicate cutover plans, timelines, and status updates to key stakeholders and project team members.
- Manage all cutover activities during the go-live phase, including data migration, system transitions, issue resolution, and post-go-live support.
