Job Description
- Day to day business support of SAP system processes – incident management, master data maintenance and critical period support (i.e. month end processing)
- Perform analysis, design, build, test on business change requests, SAP related projects and/or enhancements
- Provide support as required to ensure the functionality of SAP environments for both external and internal users
- Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented
- Liaise with company Application Management Support vendor for SAP related issues
- Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members
- Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
