Job Description

  • Day to day business support of SAP system processes – incident management, master data maintenance and critical period support (i.e. month end processing)
  • Perform analysis, design, build, test on business change requests, SAP related projects and/or enhancements
  • Provide support as required to ensure the functionality of SAP environments for both external and internal users
  • Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented
  • Liaise with company Application Management Support vendor for SAP related issues
  • Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members
  • Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes
