Our primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, promote success in the cloud, and assist customers in becoming intelligent enterprises. This role is pivotal in executing strategic initiatives, proactively monitoring, and driving effective risk mitigation. By conducting structured follow ups, coordinating ongoing quality checks, and enabling continuous process improvements, the Customer Engagement Advisory on Demand Consultant will strengthen the connection between customers, front office teams, and SAP internal stakeholders, thereby improving business continuity, accelerating value realization, and minimizing operational disruptions....
