Must Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP IAG and GRC Access Control modules.
• Experience in SOD rule set configuration and risk analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP security concepts (roles, profiles, authorization objects).
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR) and their impact on access governance.
• Ability to perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years in SAP security, GRC, or IAG roles.
• Experience in multi-system SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).
• Knowledge of integration between SAP IAG and other identity management tools.
