SAP Incident Manager

Dubai, UAE (Onsite)

Contract Role – 2 Year Engagement

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end SAP incident and support processes across the AMS landscape
  • Act as the central coordination point for SAP issues, escalations, and service delivery
  • Delegate and track incidents across relevant functional and technical workstreams
  • Lead PMO and governance activities including reporting, status tracking, and stakeholder updates
  • Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of critical business issues
  • Coordinate with internal users, vendors, and support partners
  • Drive service improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
  • Support change, release, and problem management processes
