 The position holder will report to the IS BP Manager Distribution and will be responsible to:
 Provide 1st & 2nd level support to users & Key users.
 Find solutions out of existing system functionality in order to cover new business needs, taking into account global requirements
 Analyze new requirements, design integrative solutions and suggest improvements on existing systems functionality in order to optimize them
 Implements as many as possible of the approved system changes in order to save cost of external implementation
 Manage the communication with internal stakeholders and external consultants
