Accountable for leading Vodafone M&A projects from a Technology (EVO SAP) perspective. This role supports projects in the portfolio of major M&A projects. These projects can have various technical scenarios depending on the nature of the M&A deal:
System carve Out using SAP SLO services or other SLO service providers
Balance sheet Spin Off of Vodafone business units to form new legal entities
Data extraction for divested entities
Joint Ventures
Mergers of different dimensions: this can be mergers of major operating companies or smaller operational mergers to optimize the Vodafone portfolio of legal entities.
