Job Description


  •   Provide L2/L3
    production support for SAP CRM in an SAP R/3
    environment 

  • Analyze
    and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within
    SLA timelines 

  • Troubleshoot
    issues related to:  


    • Sales,
      Service, and Marketing processes 

    • Business
      Partner and master data 

    • Transaction
      processing and reporting  


  • Work
    closely with end users to understand issues and deliver functional
    solutions 

  • Perform root
    cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures 

  • Configure
    minor system changes and enhancements as per business requirements 

  • Support data
    corrections, uploads, and system reconciliation tasks 

  • Monitor
    and manage CRM middleware queues and resolve...
