Job Description

Lead initiatives as a Sales Systems & CI Specialist, leveraging SAP expertise to enhance sales processes and deliver efficient training solutions. The role is primarily hybrid.
Under the guidance of the Commercial Excellence & CI Leader, you are expected to utilize your 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations to align system configurations with business needs. As the SAP Super Key User, your focus will be on process mapping, optimization, and user training to ensure effective adoption of digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as Super Key User for SAP sales modules
• Align workflows with business processes
• Map sales processes to identify automation opportunities
• Develop training tools and facilitate user learning
• Support cross-functional change initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or similar
• At least 5 years in Sales Systems or CI roles
• Proven SAP Super User or Key User experience
