We are seeking a SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Lead to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of compensation and variable pay solutions within a complex, global enterprise operating across multiple business clusters, legal entities, and joint ventures . The role will lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules across multiple instances, ensuring alignment with global compensation strategies, local regulatory requirements, and evolving business needs.
