Description

Troubleshoot SAP system related issues, provide end-user support and create SAP tickets for Level 1 system issues. Interface with users to interpret and clarify functional details and process change requirements within the SAP environment. Test system upgrades and fixes prior to implementation into the production environment. Provide end-user technical support for all system modules in the SAP environment, troubleshoot configuration and data related issues. Perform functional testing of system modules, documenting fixes, changes, and issues prior to deployment to the production environment. Track and document these changes and write procedures that end-users can understand. Identify organizational needs and opportunities for improving processes by collaborating with process owners and management on current or future SAP module implementations. Maintains effective working relationships with process owners, technical team members and users.
