SAP Swiss Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a Senior SAP Swiss Payroll Lead Consultant to join a high-profile project. This role requires deep expertise in SAP Payroll combined with a strong understanding of Swiss payroll legislation and compliance. You’ll take ownership of payroll configuration, adjustments, testing, and ensuring accurate payroll delivery across Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and customizing of SAP Payroll (PY) for Switzerland.
• Analyse, design, and implement payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types.
• Ensure full compliance with Swiss tax, social insurance, and pension law requirements
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to deliver accurate and timely payroll runs.
• Troubleshoot complex payroll issues and provide hands‑on solutions.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices and process improvements in SAP Payroll.
