Role Overview
SAP Treasury / Finance Consultant responsible for providing Application Management Services (AMS) support for SAP FICO and Treasury modules. The role focuses on stabilizing production systems, resolving incidents, supporting business operations, and delivering minor enhancements aligned with SLA commitments.
Key Responsibilities
A. AMS Support (L2/L3 Operations)
- Provide day-to-day production support for:
- SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)
- Cash & Liquidity Management
- Bank Accounting
- Core Finance (GL, AP, AR)
- Resolve:
- Incidents within defined SLAs
- Service requests and user issues
- Performroot cause analysis (RCA)for recurring issues
- Monitor system jobs and financial transactions
B. Financial & Treasury Process Support
