Job Summary FiberHome is seeking an experienced SAQ (Site Acquisition) Manager to support its Fiber to the Home (FTTH) rollout projects across South Luzon, Philippines. The SAQ Manager will oversee end-to-end site acquisition activities, including Right-of-Way (ROW) processing, LGU coordination, landlord negotiations, and permit acquisition to ensure timely network deployment. 
The ideal candidate must have strong experience working with Philippine LGUs (Local Government Units), utility companies, and private property owners for telecom infrastructure deployment. 
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all Site Acquisition (SAQ) activities for FTTH rollout across South Luzon.
