SAS Viya Production Support /SAS Application Support

We are seeking an experienced SAS Viya Production Support /SAS Application Support and maintain enterprise SAS environments while ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of business‑critical applications.

The successful candidate will work closely with development, infrastructure, network, and business teams to manage production environments, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAS applications and SAS Viya environments.
• Develop and maintain SAS programs, scripts, and analytical solutions.
• Perform SAS Viya administration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Manage deployment activities using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Aldon, and Control‑M.
• Support connectivity setup and integration with external systems.
