✅ Key Responsibilities Review caregiver preferred hours and availability using Point-of-Care scheduling software.
Identify open client shifts and strategically match and fill vacancies based on client needs and caregiver preferences.
Analyze schedules to optimize caregiver utilization and maximize coverage.
Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and branch staff to ensure a seamless experience.
