School Facilities & Grounds Keeper

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a reliable School Caretaker to join a dedicated site team in Borehamwood. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong “can-do” attitude and a background in trades to maintain a safe and clean environment for students and staff.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid Enhanced DBS check, demonstrate reliability, and possess good interpersonal skills to liaise with school leadership. Responsibilities include ensuring site security, health & safety, and general maintenance of outdoor areas.
