Job Description
School Health Lead (Preschool/Primary) Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of either the Preschool or Primary School Health Screening Programme .
- Lead and supervise a team of nurses and/or health screening assistants to ensure high-quality, efficient, and safe delivery of services.
- Manage and execute health screening activities, which may include:
- Vision and color vision tests
- Height and weight measurements
- Audiometry tests (for Primary)
- Health education sessions
- Lifestyle and health questionnaires
- Liaise with preschools, primary schools, and stakeholders for scheduling, site setup, student list coordination, and overall project implementation.
- Develop deployment plans and oversee on-site screening teams to ensure smooth workflow, adherence to protocols, and compliance with PDPA and safety standards.
