Responsibilities

Evaluate teachers and support staff. Evaluate teaching methods and quality of instructions. Oversee the activities of teachers and support staff. Recruit and hire teachers and other staff. Direct or supervise the recruitment, training, evaluation and promotion of teachers. Co‑ordinate teaching activities. Organize and maintain procedures for the keeping of records. Review programs to ensure conformance to school board or provincial standards. Supervision of more than 20 people. Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree. Education/teaching of individuals in elementary special education programs. Provincial teacher’s certificate. Work experience with special needs students: Children with an intellectual disability. Area of specialization: School principal. Security and Safety
