Job Description
Cornwall Council is seeking SCIP Workers to support disabled children and their families. This role entails identifying priorities, creating plans, and delivering interventions that cater to the unique needs of disabled children and their families.
As part of the Disabled Children & Therapy Service, you will work closely with families and multi-agency partners to promote integrated support. A relevant level 3 qualification and experience in similar settings are essential.
