Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Support Consultant with strong functional expertise in Procurement and Sourcing modules including Supplier Portal Self Service Requisitions Sourcing Purchasing. The role is support-focused responsible for day to day issue resolution system stability and close collaboration with procurement users IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion SCM modules Supplier Portal Self Service Requisitions Sourcing Purchasing and Blanket Purchase Agreements
  • Act as the primary functional point of contact for procurement and SCM-related system issues and user queries
  • Perform day to day issue analysis troubleshooting and resolution within defined SLAs
