Job Overview
A motivated, reliable, well‑organised individual with experience of housekeeping and team management is required to join the hard‑working housekeeping team at Christ Church College.
Responsibilities
- Execute direct cleaning duties and supervise housekeeping staff
- Conduct room inspections and maintain the highest cleaning standards
- Train staff, manage stock control and organise staffing schedules
- Arrange cover and coordinate teams during busy periods such as Easter and summer conferences
Working Hours & Pay
30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work extra days, including weekends.
£15.43 per hour | £24,080 prorated.
