Screw Machine Set Up and Operator

Our client, a manufacturing leader in precision machining, is seeking a Screw Machine Set Up/Operator to join their dedicated team. As a Screw Machine Set Up/Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Screw Machine Set Up/Operator

**Location:** LE ROY, MI

**Pay Range:** $17/hr +, based on experience / shift premium offered for 2nd shift

**Shift:** Training on 1st shift, then potential to stay on 1st or move to 2nd shift
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:20pm-1:50am
Overtime Fridays if needed
