**Description**
The Digital Modernization sector within Leidos has an opening for a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to support the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) effort. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where innovation, collaboration, and growth are at the forefront. You will play a pivotal role in advancing Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to support complex data integration and interoperability efforts across DoD network infrastructures.
This position is 100% on-site in Arlington, VA.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Ensure adherence to the Scrum process; coach the team on self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and backlog refinement, to drive continuous improvement.
