**Job Location - Charlotte NC (Day One Onsite - Hybrid)**
**About The Role**
+ We are looking for an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a greenfield platform initiative Unity This role is critical to ensuring smooth execution of Program Increments PIs facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving alignment across cross functional teams in a fast paced environment
+ The ideal candidate will bring strong execution discipline stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of Agile best practices to guide teams through complex dependencies and tight timelines
