Job Description
As a member of our Central Engineering (CE) team, the Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating activities to the team within the projects through the use of mature established processes as well as agile methods and tools. He/she will work in a multicultural environment in collaboration with other disciplines with a strong focus on quality.
- As an Scrum Master, responsibilities will include but not limit to:
- + Educates the team in generic agile methods and practices
- + Coaches the team in problem solving and conflict resolution
- + Enable the team to self-organize, self-manage and collaborate via agile practices
- + Facilitates team meetings, agile ceremonies, and events of the Agile Release Train
- + Facilitates team's progress toward goals and planning process of the program
- + Identify, track and resolve impediments within the Agile Team
- + Acts as an interface and guide for the team, protecting it in the usage of agile methodologies
