 Location: Lisbon  
 Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office  
 Sector: Financial Services  
️ Languages: English (C1) 
 Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there  
 Mandatory Requirements (Non‐Negotiable) 
 Strong experience in Scrum / Agile environments;  
 Solid knowledge of Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective);  
 Exposure to SAFe / Agile at Scale concepts;  
 Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and facilitation;
