Must-Have Skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM-I certification
- Sprint planning, execution, and retrospective facilitation
- Backlog grooming, user story refinement, and prioritization
- Velocity tracking, burndown analysis, and capacity planning
- Impediment resolution and escalation management
- Cross-functional team coordination across time zones
- AI-augmented project tracking and sprint analytics tools
