 We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Scrum Master, preferably with Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Scrum Master certifications, to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and optimizing the agile development process. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our software development.

 Builds team and coaches team members to act as a team
 Acts as a servant leader and escalation level for the team
 Chairs and drives the rituals (scrum, sprint and program increment), ensures its disciplined execution, helping the team to understand why this is important
