Job Description

Job Summary A Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that the team/organization embraces the agile values and principles. Assists and coaches the Scrum Team to deliver excellent and innovative software solutions, which contain complex yet intuitive functionalities to customers. Moreover, s/he plays an active role in enabling the rapid delivery of high quality products to meet customer experience and requirements. 
Responsibilities Coach the team 
Assist the PO in grooming the backlog 
Shield the development team from interruptions 
Facilitate scrum ceremonies 
Eliminate impediments 
Conduct training sessions about agile practices, values, and principles 
Facilitate resolution of obstacles and escalation of issues when necessary
