Job Description
· Conhecimento sólido em Scrum, Kanban e práticas ágeis.
· Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão (Azure DevOps preferencialmente).
· Entendimento de CI/CD, integração contínua e práticas DevOps (desejável).
· Certificação CSM, PSM ou equivalente (diferencial).
· Desejável conhecimento na área da saúde;
· Diferencial - certificações adicionais (Agile Coach, PMP, etc.).
