Overview

TINET S.A. seeks a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate collaboration, remove blockers, and enhance the performance of a key development cell. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to support strategic innovation and digital transformation in Chile.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, Retro).
• Remove technical and management obstacles affecting the team’s progress.
• Promote self-organization, continuous improvement, and a focus on delivering value.
• Serve as the link between the development team, Product Owner, and other key areas.
• Ensure sprint and project objectives are achieved sustainably.

What we look for

• 5 to 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Technical background: previous experience as a software developer.
