Job Description
What You'll Do
- Program & Delivery Leadership: Own quarterly/PI planning, roadmap visibility, dependency/risk management; align platform work (translation orchestration, TM/glossary, engine management, TQA) with enterprise architecture.
- Team Facilitation: Run core Agile ceremonies; strengthen flow/WIP discipline; coordinate incident/problem/change workflow and release trains aligned to ITSM.
- Coaching & Ways of Working: Coach POs, tech leads, and squads on Agile/Lean, DevOps/SRE, and scaled practices; foster psychological safety and inclusive collaboration.
