Job Description
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master for a contract opportunity from May to Dec of 2026, with the possibility of renewal. A current Government of Canada Reliability Clearance or higher is required. Candidates will be asked for their file number at the time of screening.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring the team remains focused, aligned, and productive.
- Coach the team on SAFe and Agile principles to promote continuous improvement and effective delivery practices.
- Identify, manage, and remove impediments that impact team progress; elevate risks, issues, and dependencies as needed.
- Support Program Increment (PI) planning and drive alignment to PI objectives and team commitments.
