Description

We’re hiring an SDR Manager to lead our mid‑market outbound team at Zinc. This team is a huge driver of our growth, generating 60% of our pipeline purely from outbound. So this isn’t just a management role, it’s a mission‑critical one.

You’ll take ownership of a team of 8 SDRs, helping them perform consistently at a high level, while building the systems, structure, and coaching culture needed to scale. We’re also one of the most tech‑enabled SDR teams in the UK so you’ll have the tools, data, and freedom to do this properly.
