Role: Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Chennai (Work From Office 5 days/week)

Were looking for a driven Outbound SDR to build and own pipeline through consistent, high-quality outbound efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable starting conversations from scratch and turning them into qualified opportunities.
What youll do:
- Own pipeline generation through cold outreach
- Run multi-channel outbound (cold email, LinkedIn, and calling)
- Identify and engage the right decision-makers across target accounts
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and follow defined workflows
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting
