# SDR Team Lead - Europe## Naboo is hiring!## Job DescriptionWe're looking for our next **SDR Team Lead** to join us in Barcelona and help drive Naboo's outbound engine across Europe. You'll own a team of 5 SDRs covering multiple European markets (France, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Benelux, and more to come). The team is fully based in Barcelona. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll recruit, coach, and develop a multilingual team, refine our outbound playbook, and report performance directly to the executive team.
