The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient service, high-quality food standards, and a remarkable guest experience.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service and high-quality food standards.
• Manage staff, control costs, maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, and drive overall restaurant performance and profitability.
• Ensure high-quality guest service, be highly visible, actively participate in service, and assist in taking and serving orders.
• Engage in marketing of the outlet (Bar and Restaurant), draft and implement the food & beverage marketing plan.
• Initiate discussions on menu mix with senior food & beverage management and drive up-selling programs.
