Job Description- Participate in the research and development of search service in Huawei App Store for both applications and other services.
- Lead the end‑to‑end implementation process for the recall and ranking algorithms development and integration.
- Design and implement A/B tests, experiments, and performance evaluation methods to test and compare different search and recommendation models.
- Explore innovative methods for cutting‑edge AI technologies, including information retrieval, ranking, LLM and search & recommendation related area.
- PhD degree is preferred, major in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
