Name of the designation: Executive Assistant - Admin Reporting to: Deputy General Manager- Admin Minimum educational qualification required: Any Graduation Minimum experience required: 3 - 5 Years Required skills: • Good communication skills - Must be fluent in English, Kannada & Hindi * Knowledge on Business Management • Pleasant Personality • Good computer operating knowledge Responsibilities: Assisting Managing Director in day-to-day activities Acting as the point of contact between the director & others Manage and schedules calendars. Arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings. Preparing confidential documentation Drafting and communicating mails Organizing and planning meetings - Welcoming and attending corporate clients. Travel and Accommodation Arrangements, domestic and international (tickets & VISA process) Conference room arrangements as per the plan Bank transactions to be tracked on daily basis. Facility management to be coordinated.
