Overview

Bombardier is seeking an experienced project engineering leader for Ecojet technology development and R&T Labs. This role focuses on leading a team, guiding project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to deliver aero engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of professionals in project engineering for Ecojet technology development and R&T Labs.
• Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and training to enable employees to reach their goals.
• Define individual goals and expected results for employees under supervision.
• Conduct employee performance reviews, and lead recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to establish project scope, schedule, and budget.
