We have a fantastic opportunity for a Section Manager to join our Responsive Maintenance team, delivering repairs and maintenance services to our social housing partner across the Barnsley area. This is a key leadership role where you will manage a team of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard while keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of operatives delivering responsive repairs and maintenance
- Ensure works are completed within KPI targets,timescalesand quality standards
- Carry out pre- and post-inspections andprovidetechnical guidance
