About the Role :The Section Manager – Dry Food is responsible for managing the dry food section in the retail store. This includes overseeing product assortment, ensuring stock availability, supervising staff, and driving sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
Responsibilities :
Operations Management
- Supervise daily operations of the dry food section.
- Ensure proper product display, rotation, and replenishment.
- Monitor product quality, shelf life, and adherence to hygiene standards.
Inventory & Stock Control
- Manage stock levels to minimize out-of-stock situations and excess inventory.
