Job Description
We are looking for a Section Manager – Theming who will be responsible to ensure a specific section of a theme park aligns with the established theme, safety standards, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all visual elements, attractions, and guest areas within the assigned section adhere to the park's specific theme and design standards.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the section, which may include rides, food and beverage outlets, retail stores, and entertainment venues.
- Focusing on delivering a safe, enjoyable, and immersive experience for visitors, analyzing feedback to drive improvements in satisfaction.
- Managing, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team of staff and department heads, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
